Although he spent many years practicing law, Patrick is also a fully certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and full member of the International Meditation and Mindfulness Alliance (IMMA). He is also accredited in Positive Mindfulness Psychology.
Over the last few decades, he has been fortunate to have studied under many wonderful teachers, both in Australia and in the United States, including the ‘father of modern mindfulness’ Prof Jon Kabat-Zinn and eminent Phycologist and Buddhist scholar Dr Jack Kornfield.
In Sydney he attended the Vajrayana Institute in Ashfield and spent much of his spare time at the Triratna Buddhist Centre in Newtown where he was incredibly blessed to be taught by the now world famous Bodhipaksa.
His formal qualifications were obtained at the School of Positive Transformation in Denver Colorado with renowned mindfulness and meditation researcher and treacher Prof. Itai Ivtzan.

Alison and Anna bring a wide range of experience to the sessions and use music, poetry, percussion, props and many quirky ideas to create the dance.
The only way to really understand it is to try it and to see where your creativity leads you.
